PARTNER LEVELS

Title

  • The title sponsor has the opportunity to title the event under its brand.  
  • The name of the event will to be pre-fixed with the company or product name in all printed material as well as pre and post event publicity and television broadcasts.  
  • Full hospitality facilities for you to entertain guests, together with an allocation of complimentary admission tickets for your employees and their families. Specifically 60 VIP tickets entitle entrance to the VIP section, including food & beverages and 20 invitations to all official events including Gala dinner.  
  • Branding opportunities around the club including perimeter signage positions, teams shirt branding, best playing pony blanket etc.  
  • Production of Polo shirts for the teams with logo of the sponsor.  Logo on all printed and advertising material of the event.  
  • The Company logo will be printed on all admission tickets for the tournament.  
  • 1 advertisement pages in tournament brochure.

Sponsoring a Polo Team provides companies with the opportunity to target a large responsive and affluent audience cost effectively.

  • Full hospitality facilities for you to entertain guests, together with an allocation of complimentary admission tickets for your employees and their families. Specifically 40 VIP tickets entitle entrance to the VIP section, including food & beverages and 14 invitations to all official events including Gala dinner.  
  • One polo team playing under the name and the individual colors of the sponsor.  Production of Polo shirts for the team with the additional sponsor logo.  
  • 1 advertisement page in tournament brochure.
